Pam Glover - Two Year Old Teacher

I have worked with children ages infant through school age for many years in Maryland  and Pennsylvania after obtaining an Early Childhood Education degree at Towson University. I am excited to work with you, your children, and the other teachers to create a fun, educational environment where your children can play, learn, and grow!  My husband and I have three older children and we all enjoy amusement parks, being out in nature, hiking, or biking together. I look forward to getting to know you and your children!

Angie Rife- Two Year Old Teacher Assistant

I've been involved with children my entire life.  I come from a large (wonderful) family.  I have a daughter who lives in Hershey along with her family.  I have one grandson and we all enjoy the outdoor life, having fun and playing games.  I've completed several courses at HCC on early childhood development.  I can't think of any other way to step into my pre-retirement years other than what I enjoy most- helping children grow!

Stephanie Sites - Three Year Old Teacher

I'm originally from the mountains of Western Pa. I moved to the area six years ago. I just recently got married during the pandemic and am enjoying life with my husband.  We have two monsters, Karma, our Rottie, and Luna our English red tick.  In my spare time, I love fishing, bow hunting, kayaking, and hanging out with my family.  I currently have my associate's degree in Early Childhood Education.  I attended Westmoreland County Community College.  After WCCC, I then went on to California University of PA.  I have been in child care for 27 years.  I have always been known as the messy teacher!  I love paint, glitter, clay, goop, and anything hands-on.   I love teaching and seeing children learn through play. I enjoy being with the kids and learning something new from them each day!

My name is Jen Alonso. I'm grateful and excited to be teaching the two year old class on Tuesdays & Thursdays. I have over 10 years of experience working in Early Childhood Education with children from ages 12 months to Pre-K. I acquired my Child Development Associate along with attending NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) trainings and conferences. I studied photography at Salt Lake Community College in Utah. My passion is teaching children to learn through play and exploring the world around them. It brings me joy to watch a child discover something new, watching their little face light up is priceless. We will get messy in my class with a variety of art mediums. I also enjoy bringing books to life through various actives to help instill a love of reading.

I've been married for 21 years. I have two college age children and a German Shepherd named Juno. Juno and I volunteer with a hospice agency doing pet visits at local facilities. In my spare time you can find me wandering in the woods or in my studio playing with watercolors or paper crafting. I also enjoy sourdough bread making, reading and photography.

Megan Boyce - Preschool Teacher

Hello! I'm Megan Boyce, a proud mother of five "wonder"ful children, Molly, Makenna, Micah, Avalon, and Aspen. Inspired by my mother, a teacher, I witnessed the impact she had on her students' lives. After a brief exploration of my creativity as a cosmetologist, I realized my true calling was in working with children and creating a positive difference in their lives. With a deep passion for child development, I pursued a degree in Early Childhood Education at Allegany College of Maryland. Before my journey at PlaySchool Central, I had the opportunity to explore various roles that have significantly shaped my passion for early childhood education. This includes my valuable experience working in learning centers and even stepping in as a substitute teacher at my son's nursery school. It was through these experiences that fate led me to PlaySchool Central, where I am now thrilled to serve as a dedicated preschool teacher. I find immense joy in inspiring young minds and making a positive impact on their lives.  When I'm not teaching, you'll find me cherishing special moments with my children. I enjoy simple things like engaging in conversations with my children. It's a joyous experience to discover their unique personalities and foster meaningful connections with them.
